medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture I am soon to walk Offa's Dyke, and my guide book has a picture of a wall painting of St George in St Cadoc's church in Llangattock- Lingoed, (not far from Abergavenny) uncovered during renovations in 2003-4 - but judging by the picture in the book nowhere near as well- preserved as the one shown in this link. (I will, nevertheless, drag my husband in to see it) Is there a connection between St George and St Cadoc?
