Does anybody know of any evidence/research that exists that mentions consequences OPAC location within an organisation's website and the bearing it has on the user? For example, does the number of clicks you have to make have a bearing on use? Instinct would say yes, but proof would be great! I will obviously share the outcome with anybody who is interested.
