Dear fsl experts
I have been doing a
TBSS analysis for 8 patients (5 cases, 3 controls) though the first 2 steps
(preprocessing & registration) went well
I am having trouble in the 3rd
step (post registration) I get the following error message:
"merging
all upsampled FA images into single 4D image
creating valid mask and mean
FA
Image Exception : #99 :: Out of memory
terminate called after throwing
an instance of 'RBD_COMMON::BaseException'
Aborted"
I reduced
the sample to 4 (2 per group)
I still get the same message
can
anyone please help me with this
