Hi there, I have a few questions about MELODIC outputs and proper procedures to denoise fMRI data. 1) If one uses the --Opca option when running MELODIC, what is the melodic_pcaE output file? 2) If one wanted to use fsl_regfilt to filter out principal components (rather than ICs) after running MELODIC, which matrix file should be used for the -d option? Is this given in MELODIC output, or is there a way to generate it from the output? 3) For regressing out components, is there a difference between a) using fsl_regfilt with a matrix file of all components, versus b) copying individual columns from that matrix corresponding to noise components into individual text files and then entering those as confound EVs using FEAT?
