The subject input files at the end of the dual regression command have instructions from various places:
1. command line dual_regression:  "List all subjects' preprocessed, standard-space 4D datasets"
2. from the dual_regression fsl web site: One easy way to get the list of inputs at the end of the command is to use (instead of listing the files explicitly)  `cat groupICA.gica/.filelist` to get the list of files that fed into your Concat-ICA.

To have preprocessed-registered to standard space resting state subject specific filtered_func_data files that do not undergo "STATS" or "POST-STATS" is most easily done in FEAT, with the STAT and POST-STAT off, as MELODIC does not have this option?

Or do these come from MELODIC with the POST-STATS off?
