Hi, Ive entered the command for step 2 of vbm: fslvbm_2_template -n in my vbm directory. it has then immediately listed all the patient imaging files in that folder. Is this what I should expect to see? And what should happen next? How long should i expect this step to take? I am unsure whether this step is working correctly for me or not, would appreciate any reassurance. Thak you Kind Regards Michael Maxwell
