Hi, I want to display the output of VBM (original sapace) on the ave152T1.nii without skull instead of single_subj_T1.nii because ave152 looks more smooth. I tried to use 3dresample and @auto_tlrc. it was not successful. Is there any template of ave152T1.nii in original space? Or Is it better to transform the output of VBM in original space into the talairach space to fit with ave152.T1.nii? thank you.
