Dear FSL experts, I am querying my feat data and want to be able to compare subjects based on brain activity while accounting for inter-individual variability in brain activity. Four this reason, I extracted the mean zstat of activity for an EV in a mask of interest. I did this instead of extracting the mean PE because PE's do not account for variability in brain activity. I wanted to know if this approach of extracting a mean of zstats is a reasonable one? Thanks, Noam
