I have been following instructions available at

to run a TBSS analysis.

 

The command in question is :

>randomise -i all_FA_skeletonised -o tbss -m mean_FA_skeleton_mask -d design.mat -t design.con -n 500 --T2 -V

 

My question is what does option upper case 'V' provide within randomise ?

 

Upper case 'V' does not figure within the randomise documentation.
