You can use fslsplit to split up a 4D NIFTI file into individual files.  You can use "overlay" and "slicer" commands to generate colour overlay snapshots.

Hello Experts,

I would like to display a single Melodic-derived thres_zstatXX.nii  image over the individuals structural image.

I have done the:
flirt -in melodic_IC -ref ../reg/highres_head.nii -out melodic_IC_hr -applyxfm -init ../reg/example_func2highres.mat

And with this was able to see all of the Melodic-derived IC on a single image.  So how do I break this down to just display only the components of interest, each in separate overlayed image?  Ideally, I would like to use the original BET'ed structural image.

Thanks for your help!
