Hi everyone, Does anyone know of an atlas that might be available that includes a mask of the thalamus? I’m looking for one that might be available in F99, or the WISC-112 (D99-SL) atlas space. Or, if there’s a tool for automated segmentation of the thalamus in the monkey brain, I could just apply that to the F99 image. Thanks!! David
