Hi I am trying to run FSL feat on my mac os x system. I followed all the instructions given here: http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl/macosx.html and installed FSL on my system. I am able to access FSL Feat using the GUI. I have some 4D data over which I need to run FSL Feat. When I set up all the configuration like Pre-stats, post-stats and click on the "Go" button, I see nothing happening. Please let me know what I should do. Please also find the config file (project.fsf) attached. Thank you, Phani
