We had certificates for ICT and have issued them to students. I can't see students giving them back easily.

Mandy's advice is spot on - check Walled-Garden. However, C&G's default position is always "return the certificates" regardless of whether any have been issued so I wouldn't be surprised if none have.

Dear All

I am beginning to lose my mind, with regard to City and Guilds FS error, we wouldn't have had certificates for just individual components would we?

The lecturers and Senior Managers are hassling me over getting the certificates back as mentioned in the email from City and Guilds but surely we wouldn't have had any or have I indeed lost my mind!

Regards
