This is a Final call for papers for the 8^th European Conference on Management Leadership and Governance being held at The Neapolis University Pafos, Cyprus on the 8-9 November 2012.

This call will close on 20th April 2012.

In addition to the main conference topics below, submissions are invited to three mini tracks: Entrepreneurial Leadership – “Even a Giant Can Learn to Run", chaired by Professor Philip Dover of Babson College, USA; Corporate Governance and Accounting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Niculae Felegea of the Academy of Economic Studies, Romania and Ethical, Servant, Spiritual and Authentic Leadership, chaired by Associate Professor John Politis of Neapolis University Pafos, Cyprus.

Papers presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings* which have an ISSN, ISBN and are indexed in the Thompson Web of Science.
