a reviewer I find it difficult to “visualise” a structure
based on a static 2D figure.
I echo Joel's comments. If the (unreleased) coordinates are not
supplied by the authors on request, I would simply refuse to review
the paper on that ground. I suppose one can trust a reputable
journal on the confidentiality issue.
