Subject: tailor-made display of horn items

Dear Michael

This is another message asking you for help!

We have funding from the Museums Association Esmee Fairbairn Effective Collections scheme  to put together small displays of horn items of a specialist nature with a view to trying to increase people’s awareness and understanding of this material.  The collection can be viewed here: http://www.modip.ac.uk/search/apachesolr_search/?filters=tid%3A831%20tid%3A9932%20tid%3A10001&solrsort=created%20desc&retain-filters=1. There is a lot in it of relevance to Social History museums. We would tailor-make the display to the needs of the venue at no cost to any museum taking up this offer.

I do hope you may be able to give this offer some publicity.

With thanks and best wishes

Susan
