Hi Richard, I think you'll have your work cut out setting this up, but http://opencast.org/matterhorn/ might do what you need, possibly in conjunction with BIg Blue Button, http://www.bigbluebutton.org/ A more low-tech solution to lecture-casting is to use a screen recorder (eg Blueberry Express or Screenflow), possibly in conjunction with a webcam, and upload to good old YouTube.
