Sorry for send this message again. I forgot to add a subject to the last one, so very possibly it will be ommitted by most experts.
I am analyzing structural images of a cohort normal subjects. I have examined the gender differences and the correlation with age.
Now I am trying to explore the interaction between gender and age effects on brain structure. I was advised to use the linear model:
Y = beta0+beta1*age+beta2*gender+beta3*(age*gender);
Could anyone pls tell me how can I set this model in SPM?
