Hi,
Congratulations on the release!

I have noticed in the commit log some references to the assumption of
non-stationarity in smoothness estimation. However, I had a quick peek
at the spm_uc_clusterFDR and it seems that global (assuming
stationarity) V2R value is being used instead of Resels per Voxel
image. Am I correct?

Also is your SVN publicly available anywhere? It would make generating
diffs on certain files easier.

Best,
Chris
