I have started using spm8 for voxel based morphometry recently using VBM toolbox provided by Jena university. I have followed steps specified in manual and able to get the results. I am finding it difficult to understand statistical analysis part of the process. Can you please provide me pointers to understand statistical analysis and interpretation of results involved in VBM.
