Dear all, I've done a PPI analysis using region X as seed region to study changes in connectivity between 2 conditions, let's say A and B. I found a positive PPI comparing A to B. A reviewer asked me to specify if this effect is driven by: 1) positive connectivity in B and greater positive connectivity in A, 2) negative connectivity in B and less negative connectivity in A. How can I do that? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank's, Marco
