Dear All,

If someone can please help me sort out a confusion:

If I do a High Dimensional Warping from image A onto image B. I have 2
files created.
(i) yA (the deformation field)
(ii) jyA (the Jacobian determinants)

I then wish to compare the grey matter segmentations of both A and B but
with their volumes preserved (assuming A and B are the images of the brain
of the same person from a longitudinal study).

If I multiply the grey matter segmentation of image A by jyA, do I get the
'evolution' of the voxels from A to B?

Is the reverse possible? That is divide image B by jA to get the reverse of
how the voxels have been transformed?

Many thanks for your kind replies.
Shail
