Dear all, I am analyzing structural images of a cohort normal subjects. I have examined the gender differences and the correlation with age. Now I am trying to explore the interaction between gender and age effects on brain structure. I was advised to use the linear model: Y = beta0+beta1*age+beta2*gender+beta3*(age*gender); Could anyone pls tell me how can I set this model in SPM? Best wishes Qizhu Wu West China Hospital
