Philip, Do you know have a url that can conveniently link to the NUJ presentation to Leveson? The NUJ has been campaigning for its closure as an ineffective body for over two years (one senior member has studied every single PCC decision over the last 20 years!). But it was recent revelations in Leveson that delivered the coup de grace. If you want to see better media regulation, please write to your MP and ask him/her to support the NUJ's view (being presented to Leveson) that any new body should incorporate ordinary working journalists and lay members on its ruling body (rather than just publishers and managing editors).
