Others come back with jobs. He thinks to buy
loyalty – the best way to succeed, he thinks.
All share in the Common Theft. All are in debt.

all purchases of people. He imports
little that he pays for. Local services
are financed by a tax on everyone.

We start quickly to say “I don’t know that”
or “That is not the problem I must solve”
or “I am only doing what I’m told”.

The yes dogs he employs are in good health
and happy to do tricks till they’re put down.
