Abstract Call for NICER (Nottingham International Conference in Education & Research)Abstracts are invited for this inaugural conference to be held on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th of September 2012 at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. Abstracts can be submitted under one of two headings: Education ResearchThemes within Education are:1.       Curriculum developments/innovations2.       Teaching Methods/Assessment3.       E- Learning4.       Continuing Professional DevelopmentThemes within Research are:1.       Professional/Clinical research2.       Women/Service Users research3.       Organisational/Strategic researchPlease submit an abstract of not more than 300 words that describes your project, stating whether it is an education or research abstract and the theme under which it is being submitted. Format as a narrative addressing the following:·         Title of the project/innovation·         The purpose/aim(s) of the project/innovation·         How the issue(s) was investigated/addressed·         What the results/findings were and ·         What are the implications for midwifery education/practice On a separate page, record your name, current post, work postal address and email address, and please let us know how you heard about the conference.
