WE ask them to install the button themselves but suggest renaming it as Reading List Bookmark or a similar catchy title to avoid confusion . We've discussed this with our IT colleagues and they think they could do it for IE but not Firefox. They also thought that it would be good to change the name of the button so as not to cause confusion with bookmarks in general.
