The Local Government Library Technology (LGLibTech) website (wiki) lists UK library authorities –with what type of authority they are (unitary etc) and also shared service arrangements they have(for library systems). It also lists the kind of library technology they employ. It is an open resource that can be copied, edited and the data re-used.
