members to attend the 9th Annual General Meeting and post-AGM seminar
(Note: Non-members are welcome to attend the AGM but are not eligible
to vote).

At the meeting the Chairperson will be seeking nominations from those
members interested in becoming involved in the work of the Committee.
Also, there is a currently a vacancy for MmITS Secretary. Please

Post-AGM seminar:
The AGM will be immediately followed with a presentation by a speaker at
2.30 pm on a hot topic, still to be finalised, which could be one of the
following - social networking, information education and literacy,
connecting communities, E-books.
The Group needs to confirm numbers for catering arrangements. Please
assist us by completing and returning the slip below to indicate your
attendance as soon as possible.
Note: This is a free event. Refreshments (tea/coffee/biscuits will be
served)
