Dear Colleagues

We are pleased to inform you that AQuA Improvement Methodologies 2012 – Cohorts 8 and 9 are now open for booking. This course is designed to provide frontline and operational leaders with a basic knowledge of quality improvement tools or for experienced staff wanting to refresh knowledge and skills.

The AIM programme combines 4 formal workshops with 2 virtual online WebEx sessions to explore and understand quality improvement. The programme will give attendees a greater understanding of how to:
•       Lead, manage and implement improvement  initiatives
•       Engage and motivate teams
•       Keep pace and momentum
•       Measure for improvement
•       Share results and learning
•       Spread & sustain results

Delegates will work on their own project and develop a project plan, aim and measures throughout the programme.
Completion of the programme will be certificated by AQuA following attendance at all 4 workshops and 2 WebExs.
Delegates are also required to submit a  project presentation, interim report and a pre and post skills assessment to successfully complete the programme.
