Many thanks Jeanette for your help! However another doubt arose in my mind: I tested first if the difference in FA between CON & PAT varies with age and the answer is no, it doesn't. So now I want to test if there is an effect of the diagnosis or not, i.e. whether the regression lines are parallel or they are just the same. Here it is the question: do I have now to tell Fsl that I have two groups, i.e. do I have to build a matrix in which the EV(age & year of education) are split up?
