Hello - I have a question regarding how to add components derived from a MELODIC analysis (i.e. synthesizing the anterior and posterior defualt mode components into one map). I know that in principle, I should be able to derive this from the mixing matrix, but I'm unsure of how to do this because the dimensions of the output files don't really make sense to me. (my data is 160 time points, I estimated 25 components, and the melodic_FTmix is 1680x25). Advice would be much appreciated - thanks! Allison
