Dear all, We are running FSL Probtrackx for a sample of 170 participants, with predefined seed and target masks (Cortical - Subcortical structures, usually only 1:1 tracking). So far we have been working with the default settings of Threshold, step-length, step and sample number. So far we are satisfied with our results, but we were wondering if you could help us with some tips on how to decide the most adequate values for the above mentioned options?
