In this case you might as well sue the Feat GUI to do preprocessing only. If you want to stick with melodic for preprocessing then check out the final call to group melodic in the log file. The input file to melodic (.filelist somewhere) contains a list of all the preprocessed and coregistered files, including their location on your system
