Suchada, A visual overlay and edge check is a nice fast way to see if eddy correction is on track (if you haven't already done that) Mike Rohan McLean Hospital boston ________________________________ From: FSL - FMRIB's Software Library [[log in to unmask]] on behalf of Suchada Tantisatirapong [[log in to unmask]] Sent: Monday, March 12, 2012 9:19 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: [FSL] Eddy current validation Hi Saad, Well, the technique that you mentioned is beyond my ability to conduct the experiment. How about evaluation based image processing methods? I have childhood brain images. Do you have a good paper on this evaluation? But I would imagine a cube filled with some substance. If your eddy correction is good, you should be able to tell quite easily. If you have MR physicists around you, they will tell you how you can get a phantom. Saad On 12 Mar 2012, at 10:37, Suchada Tantisatirapong wrote: Hi Saad, Could you please clarify more about phantom?
