Hi Alisha,

We have the same problem in our lab.  To get the restraints into xplor format we export the data as cns format then we made a python script that converts the cns restraints into xplor format.  It would be much easier to get a direct export from the format converter.

Meanwhile, you can use simple sed onliner to fix the problem eg removing
preceding "!".
