Public Sector Equality Duty - Revised Draft Regulations

I am emailing with a further update on progress on the revised draft regulations for the public sector equality duty.

The draft regulations were laid before the Scottish Parliament last week and can now be viewed on the Government's legislation webpages - link below.  They will now be subject to Parliamentary scrutiny.  If approved they will come into force on 27 May.
