Dear Chris, I have had two attempts at filling the questionnaire but
the information keeps on disappearing and as though I hadn't filled

way fo fill in on behalf of my institution outside of the survey monkey
which is not working for me.

Subject: ECU survey - How does your institution anticipate and/or remove
disabling barriers in its service delivery?

Dear Colleagues

How does your institution anticipate and/or remove disabling barriers in
its service delivery?

Higher education institutions provide a range of services to their staff
and students. The way that these services are provided may disable
people with an impairment from accessing and benefiting from these
services.

ECU would like to hear from disability practitioners, equality and
diversity practitioners and HR staff about the approaches their
institution has taken to anticipate and/or remove any disabling barriers
staff and students with impairments may face in accessing and utilising
services. We would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to
answer this short survey.

Inclusive services survey

The survey closes on Wednesday 21 March. Please share this survey with
any relevant staff in your institution. If you require alternative
formats please contact Stephanie Neave by email

ECU will use the results of the survey and further involve disabled
people, disability organisations and practitioners working in the
sector, to develop practical materials to support staff leading and
running different services make positive changes for disabled people.

Thank you in advance for your input and advice for this work.

Best wishes

Chris
