Dear All
I was wondering if anyone had recently placed job recruitment adverts – whether specific or generalist, in specialist publications / website such as Pink Paper, The Voice etc. Any if you have, have you got any evidence that this had a positive
correlation to the number of applications you got from the different equality groups?
We are looking at this area after it was raised by our Equality Networks but I am lacking in tangible evidence to support such a venture, never mind in relation to the current financial climate and moves to be more targeted and efficient
with the way we advertise jobs.
Regards
Darren
