Still think a pertinent issue is that pub. health/prevention evaluation methods weak especially in relation to the neglect of economic evaluation.NICE pub. health efforts stymied by lack of cost effectiveness data

This field just like daft PCORI in the USA=effectiveenss analysis with consideration of costs is like a coach with no horses! As ever " what is clinically effective may not be cost effective but what is cost effective is always clinically effective"
