For the record: I upgraded our DPM server yesterday, necessitating a test using lcg-cr.
It didn't work, because no default LFC could be determined (lcg-infosites --vo dteam lfc gave
nothing back). When specifying an LFC, things worked well:

LFC_HOST=lfc.gridpp.rl.ac.uk  lcg-cr --vo dteam  /etc/hosts -d hepgrid11.ph.liv.ac.uk
guid:7cb52c0f-dfd2-45c2-b82a-a06b4bef1904

This is a Change - there was no need to specify LFC_HOST in bygone times. I
haven't got time to look at this, right now, but Something has happened.
