I agree that "won" may be slightly inaccurate. Actually, you could say that it's a pyrrhic victory because of the copyright issues associated with the Premier League anthem, graphics, etc and it is interesting that the judge is reported to have said that "the other complex issues regarding the wider legality of screening matches would have to be decided "at a later date". Something similar happened in the parallel civil proceedings, aspects of which will now be dealt with the patents county court. The civil proceedings are at:
