Hi,

I'm trying to use Rik Henson's batch_spm_anova.m script (http://www.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/people/rik.henson/personal/batch_spm_anova.m) to run a mixed ANOVA to compare my 2 groups, where I've specified the con files of select complex contrasts from my 1st level analysis for each subject of each group (same number of contrasts per group). During estimation I get the following error messages:

In spm_inv at 22
  In spm_reml at 116
  In spm_spm at 860
  In batch_spm_anova at 311
  In nm03_lev2mod4_genderDiff_fMRI at 338
Warning: Matrix is close to singular or badly scaled.
Results may be inaccurate. RCOND = -1.000000e+00.

In spm_inv at 22
  In spm_reml at 119
  In spm_spm at 860
  In batch_spm_anova at 311
  In nm03_lev2mod4_genderDiff_fMRI at 338
Warning: Matrix is singular, close to singular or badly scaled.
Results may be inaccurate. RCOND = NaN.

??? Error using ==> eig
Input to EIG must not contain NaN or Inf.

I had a glance through the forum archives, and I don't have any old F tests in the same folder....I'm not exactly sure -- is this error indicative of a scripting error I've made? Any suggestions/help appreciated!

Thx in advance,
g
