Hello, We are using the motion parameters as multiple regressors in our analysis. We chose our units for design as seconds. However, the 6 parameters are in units of scans/TR's. Our other conditions and other regressors are in units of seconds. Since we are using the motion parameters, are we forced to switch our units for designs as scans as well? Or will SPM recognize the motion parameters in scans, while we keep the units for designs in seconds? Thanks, Michael
