Dear SPM uesrs, I'm trying to model fMRI data (block design) using FIR (Finite Impulse Response) function to get more Beta values for each condition (a total of 5 condition). The duration of epoch is 20 second (followed by 20 sec resting period) and the TR is 2.5 sec. For this condition, what would be the window length and the order? My guess is that window length is 20 sec and the order is 1, but I'm not entirely sure. I'd be grateful if anybody can explain about these parameters. Thanks in advance, Jason
