Communications Officer (12 month maternity cover contract)

 

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to help disseminate and promote the work of the Council to a wide range of stakeholders, including policy makers, healthcare professionals, journalists and young people. Tasks could range from organising events and planning media campaigns, to producing the Council’s e-newsletter and editing the website. The candidate will require a degree, excellent verbal and written communication skills and sound experience of working in communications, public affairs or policy. This post is extremely varied and provides an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further their career in communications.

 

This is a full-time post for a period of one year, working 35 hours a week at our office in Bedford Square, London, WC1B 3JS.

 

The salary for this role will be in the range £27,208 - £31,796 per annum (dependent on skills and experience).
