I have been asked to present something on wellness to a group of college lecturers for about an hour,  instead of doing a PPT I want to design something a little more fun and interactive and so am looking for ideas on wellness quiz’s/games which incorporate the topics of diet, exercise, myths about wellness etc. Has anyone got any idea’s or resources that you could point me to start me in the right direction?
