**apologies for cross posting**

Dear Colleagues,

I'm delighted to announce that booking is open for the Annual Study Weekend of the International Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres (United Kingdom and Ireland Branch).  You can book via the IAML (UK & IRL) website, plus view the programme for the weekend:

The Conference Committee have put together an exciting and vital programme for all who work or who are connected with music library and information provision in the UK and Ireland.

Being mindful of the fragile economic circumstances that most of us are now working under, we have managed to keep the ASW charges well below those of the last ASW (only £300 for the full residential weekend), so Cardiff really represents very good value for money as well.  With Cardiff being a city with a rich cultural life (as well as having an above-average number of music libraries), the ASW offers a chance to sample some of its delights as well as the essential opportunity to network with colleagues, participate in workshops and catch-up on some of the latest developments in the world of music libraries.

Bookings will close on 10th March. Music Libraries Trust bursaries can be applied for via the booking form.

Don't delay!
