Course Outline: Whether your organisation, your customers, or you are most directly affected by the current economic climate, the chances are that you are having to develop new e-services or e-products, new ways of working, and communicating new information and knowledge to your customers.

Leading and managing change, and marketing yourself, your products and your services are not luxuries: they are a necessity for any professional looking to proactively manage their way through a recession and into a recovery. Understanding where you and your stakeholders are in the change process, and developing ways to promote new products and services are essential skills for any information professional concerned with the successful delivery of e-information.
