Hello all, Had our one week (?!?) notification yesterday that the BL will be switching Leicester across to their new BLDSS system. While I'm getting my head around the fine details I wondered if anyone out there whose already gone through the changeover could share any insight with how easy/hard they found it and any of the particular challenges they faced - either operationally or technically.
